Objective
The existing space, originally designed as a storage area, was underutilized and lacked functionality. Our goal was to transform it into a modern, efficient Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit (JADU) that maximizes comfort and livability within a compact footprint.
Scope of Work
Starting from an empty lot, we built a fully equipped ADU featuring an open-concept living area, a compact yet functional kitchen, a spacious bedroom, and a contemporary bathroom. The project included site preparation, foundation work, framing, and the installation of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. We also incorporated energy-efficient windows, insulation, and smart home technology.
