Project
Coastal-inspired beachfront condo remodel in Newport Beach
This remodel of a beachfront condo in Newport Beach refreshed the kitchen and bathroom with a fresh, coastal-inspired palette. The homeowners wanted soft, breezy tones and natural textures that echoed the nearby ocean, so we installed a patterned tile backsplash, new light oak flooring, and a spa-like walk-in shower, along with fresh paint throughout. The finished condo feels light, airy, and connected to its coastal surroundings.

The Homeowners’ Goals
The homeowners wanted a fresh, coastal-inspired space that reflected the beauty of its beachfront surroundings: a light, airy home with soft tones and natural textures.
Our Approach & Work Completed
In the kitchen, we installed a patterned ceramic tile backsplash and light oak engineered flooring, keeping the existing white cabinetry and layout while giving the space a fresh, coastal feel.
In the bathroom, we built a spa-like walk-in shower with a pebble-tile niche and a floating bench, paired with a new vanity and stone-look counters.
We refreshed the flooring and paint throughout the condo to carry the same soft, breezy palette from room to room.
